Digital Chef -From the Pass to the Page
Launched Digital Chef and spent two years studying digital marketing and SEO—earning formal accreditation along the way. During COVID, I partnered with café and restaurant owners to help them transition from bricks-and-mortar to online, guiding them through websites, content, and social media. Wrote for hospitality brands, web design studios, and built a reputation for content that delivers real results.

From Apprentice to Executive Chef
Started my journey at Chateau Yering in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Trained under some of Australia’s most iconic chefs—including George Calombaris, Shane Delia, and Jacques Reymond—and cooked for culinary giants like Heston Blumenthal and Marco Pierre White. Featured on MasterChef Australia and earned my stripes leading kitchens as an executive chef.
